  Just wanted to let you all know that I'm in country now, and that I'm still checking on the boys. I'll be checking the site every so often. So Ben and Brian keep putting up the scores, play-by-plays, and any other info to keep me in the loop. I'll see you guys when I return.

New Guys... I have really been impressed by your development and dedication to practice so far this season.  New players are key to our development as a team.

Tomorrow we will do a fitness test at the start of practice to see where everyone stands.  This will be a timed event. We will repeat this in a few weeks to see how everyone is improving.

Test : try line to near 22meter and back, try line to mid field and back, try line to far 22meter and back, try line to far try line and back. Repeat this 1 time.

Elite Rugby - Under 3:45 minutes
Competitive Rugby - 3:45 minutes to 4
Recreational Rugby - 4minutes and over

It was a blast going out in jerseys the other night to celebrate our big win and big success for the tournament.  Please get all jerseys to me ASAP.  We still will be wearing these until our brand new ones come in in a few weeks.  Bring them to practice on wednesday or send them through someone.  Cheers,

We will have short fun practice this wednesday night.  This will be our last wednesday sevens practice.  Fall 15s will start on 8/14 @ 8:00 AM.

If you didn't pay $20 on saturday for the tourny please bring it on wednesday night.  Also if you want to buy a t-shirt they will be available on wednesday as well.

Saturday was a lot of fun and went pretty well.  Thanks to everyone for all their hard work.
